These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of academy.pdf-linkr.com, our related subdomains (including promotional trial sites), and your purchase and use of PDF-Linkr Creator Academy, including the included software tools ("the Academy"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Academy or any trial version of our tools, you agree to these Terms.
The Academy is a monthly subscription that includes:
Access to tools and content continues for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel, access ends at the end of your current billing period.
Your membership is billed monthly at $9 USD. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused time after cancellation.
Lifetime access is available separately by request. If you have purchased lifetime access, your terms are governed by the lifetime access agreement provided at the time of purchase.

From time to time we offer free, time-limited trial access to some of our tools (for example, through bundles or collaborations). Trial access:
All course content, software, branding, and materials are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Products you create using the tools are owned by you. Note that content you generate using third-party services within the workflow (such as AI image generators or Canva) is subject to those services' own terms.
The Academy workflow references third-party services such as Canva, ChatGPT, and others. We are not affiliated with these services, do not control them, and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms, or output. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We may update, improve, or modify the course content and software over time — that's part of what you're paying for. If we ever discontinue the Academy entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and, where feasible, offline access to purchased materials.
The Academy, the software, and all content are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about business results, income, sales, or marketplace approval (e.g., Etsy) from using the tools or workflow. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Academy is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
We may suspend or terminate access (without refund) for material violation of these Terms — in particular, sharing or reselling the tools, content, or credentials.
Our refund policy is stated on our Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
